You will learn that healing can be fun, inspirational, as well as enlightening! We take a close look at the art of the Mandala. It includes an in-depth survey of Mandalas in other cultures via PowerPoint, as well as observation of natural Mandalas. You will explore definitions and expressions of Mandalas in daily life and around the world, and discover your personal iconography. Using the Mazurek Method (TM), which is a body-based process using energy medicine, you will make your own Mandala through a guided meditation and creative visualization, followed by discussion and crosstalk. You will choose one personal issue as your Mandala focus. SEATING NOTE: "Seating" is limited to 8.
Materials: crayons, colored pencils, pencil, pen, and blank paper; circular tracer, plate or compass; a preprinted mandala for the open-eyed meditation.
Length: 2-6 hours each course, depending on class size and course. First course on 9/26 will be about 5 hours.

Location: This is an ONLINE workshop series, conducted through Zoom. You will receive the meeting ID and passcode once you've registered and paid.
